The digitisation of public administration makes it necessary to consider the security of the technological platforms that constitute the infrastructures of the public services provided. In this sense, we are witnessing the transformation of the urban landscape, in which more and more services, such as mobility or energy management, are entrusted to digital platforms, which are managed by private actors, who must be involved in the definition and application of security measures. It is therefore necessary to rethink the problem of digital security in terms not only of technology or economics, but also in legal and geopolitical terms.
